At Rim of the World High School, golf has been my passion since sixth grade and participated on the Rim of the World High Schools golf team all four years. I taught youth at the Van Buren Golf Center side-by-side with staff, volunteers, and PGA Pros and took great pride in our Junior Golf Program, and was a part of the golf team at Riverside Community College. I applied these skills learned to coaching at Rim of the World High School. Emphasizing all areas of golf including the fundamentals of the full swing, putting and chipping. Instructing students the rules of the game, etiquette, and also lessons on life. The young golfer is exposed to positive sportsmanship, social skills and mental control to enjoy the game of a lifetime.

At Rim of the World High School we are prepared to start the season with a bang. With the new golf shoes, bags, uniforms, and gloves we are ready to take charge. We ranked second in the league last year within the San Andreas division and plan to get first place this season by practicing this past year three days a week.

Best of luck to the coming golf season here at Rim of the World High School, we look forward to a grateful year of sportsmanship and camaraderie in the game of golf.
